Margaret and Robert have fond memories of their lunches with Margaret and John over the years at Arighi Bianchi's cafe on the top floor of their Macclesfield Store.
The two Margarets had their individual choice but John and Robert always ordered the same meal- an ALL DAY BREAKFAST- served all day.
As John's memory let him down on the odd occasion Robert took it upon himself to order for them both taking great pride in remembering that John preferred scramble eggs to fried and didn't like baked beans. He also always finished with a large pudding with two plates and two spoons. Margaret wanted her share.
When better times arrive and age permits we intend to return to the A.B. cafe and have a commemorative all day breakfast once again and again with no baked beans but fried eggs this time - not scrambled.
Happy times much missed.
With love
Margaret and Robert
